Lean and Kanban introduction
Did you hear about Lean and Kanban but you don't really know what they are? Are you wondering whether and how Kanban kan help you to deliver more valuable software to your customers? Then join this session because it will teach you the basics on Lean and Kanban in a fun and interactive way!
The goal of this session is to provide participants a general, high level understanding of Lean principles and a basic understanding of Kanban and when + how to apply it.
Since we'll play a game to introduce these concepts, you will really experience and feel what it is to introduce Lean or Kanban. It will be fun and challenging at the same time! This session is targeted for people with little or no experience in Lean and Kanban to provide them with a solid basis for further exploring and learning.
